Unfortunately, because all items are handmade/custom, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for custom pieces. We are happy to make alterations for fitting issues, which are common for custom garments. We offer 1 complimentary alteration free of charge if any issue arises.

Shipping
Your package will be shipped via UPS ground, which is 2-3 business days if standard is selected and 1 business day if express shipping is selected. All packages require a signature for delivery! Processing is NOT including in shipping time.
